Counselling in Kings Hill & West Malling

A safe space to talk, reflect and make sense of things

Sometimes life becomes difficult in ways that are hard to explain.

You might be struggling with grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything that’s happening around you.

Counselling offers dedicated time and space to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on yourself.

At Sense Counselling Kent, I provide confidential, person-centred support from my private counselling room in Kings Hill, West Malling.

How can counselling help?

Counselling can allow you to talk openly about what’s happening without fear of judgement.

I specialise in:

Grief & loss
Support to help you process bereavement and other significant losses.

Addiction
A non-judgemental space to explore addictive behaviours, underlying emotions and the impact of addiction on your life and relationships.

Relationships
Support to understand relationship difficulties, communication, boundaries and recurring patterns.

I also work with a range of other emotional and personal difficulties.

An integrative approach

Everyone’s experience is different, which is why I don’t believe counselling should follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches and adapt our work according to your individual needs, experiences and goals.

We work collaboratively, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

A confidential counselling room in Kings Hill

Your counselling sessions take place in a private and confidential environment where you can take time away from the demands of work, family and everyday life.

I work with clients from Kings Hill, West Malling and surrounding areas of Kent.

Online counselling subscriptions

I am pleased to offer online counselling for clients who want to work with me but are based further away in the UK. I do this as a subscription service where clients pay monthly for sessions, and we set our dates at the start of the month. Reach out to find out more.

What happens when I contact you?

You don’t need to know exactly what to say.

When you get in touch, we can have an initial conversation about what has brought you to counselling and what you’re hoping for from therapy.

It’s also important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor. The first conversation allows you to decide whether Sense Counselling Kent feels like the right fit for you.

Take the first step

You don’t have to wait until things become unbearable before asking for support.

If something in your life doesn’t feel right, talking to a counsellor could be a place to start.
